At the time of writing, the majority of engraved Christening Gifts ordered through CHRISTENINGsilver are being dispatched within 24 hours.
Although we suggest allowing 2 to 3 days for an engraved gift to be dispatched, we have, more often than not, engraved and dispatched on the same day as an order. In fact, the majority of engraving orders received by 9am Monday to Friday have been dispatched on the same day.
The only delay occurs when special requests for engraved Christening Gifts are ordered over the 'phone rather than online. On these occasions, we email a proof for approval. Although this delays dispatch, it ensures that the correct text has been taken down in conversation.
Engraving will be offered on an increasing number of Christening Gifts in the coming months. However, if you are interested in engraving on a Christening Gift that isn't currently offering online engraving, simply email us at service@assergerrard.com outlining the text you require and the item you wish engraved and we will send you a proof and quotation by return email.
