Delivery to UK Addresses
Delivery to UK addresses is FREE and included in the price of your gift. Where possible we aim to dispatch same-day via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service. If your gift is in stock and we receive your order by 12 noon we will dispatch your order by Royal Mail First Class Recorded that day. Delivery is usually between 1 and 3 working days following dispatch, but this is not guaranteed and can take longer.
Royal Mail's First Class service DOES NOT GUARANTEE next day delivery.

Next Day and Saturday Delivery
Next Day and Saturday delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery with delivery guaranteed by 1pm Next Day. Please check that you place your order before 12 noon to ensure your next day delivery is dispatched in time.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday

Overseas Delivery
EuroZone and Swiss orders are dispatched via the “Royal Mail Airsure” service. Target delivery time is 3 and 4 working days, but can take longer depending upon delays in customs.
United States, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand orders are dispatched via the “Royal Mail Airsure” service. Target delivery time is 5 and 7 working days, but can take longer depending upon delays in customs.
We do deliver to a number of additional destinations. A full list of countries is available in the drop down list at check-out.
Following dispatch you will receive an email confirming dispatch. This will contain a 13 digit TRACK & TRACE Tracking Number which you can use to follow your parcel at: www.royalmail.com and some local postal services.
The Price + Engraving above is an inclusive price for both the product and the engraving - we don't charge per character, just a simple one-off price, no matter what you choose to engrave.
Same Day Engraving
We are currently engraving and dispatching within 24 hours of an order on week days.
Any engraving order received by 9.00am will be engraved and dispatched on the same day.
UK Next Day Delivery
Order before 12 noon today and book "Next Day Delivery" or "Saturday Delivery" at check-out and your order will be engraved and dispatched for guaranteed delivery by 1pm tomorrow.
We do not engrave or dispatch orders at the weekend.

Our professional engravers currently operate Gravograph machine engravers. Using a diamond tipped cutter, these high precision engraving machines produce accurate and beautifully finished engravings in a variety of faces and styles.

All goods purchased from CHRISTENINGsilver.com may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery.*
Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us at service@assergerrard.com or telephone (01926) 624690 for a Returns Authorisation Number. You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange, plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone. You will need to include this Returns Number with your parcel back to us as failure to do so may result in delay of any refund.
